GEAR
The control room at Epiphany utilizes extensive routing capabilities between the rooms, outboard gear and digital interfaces by way of our patch bay and a Soundcraft GB8 console. We are currently running ProTools 9 on a mac, with the Apogee Ensemble giving 16 channels of A-D conversion (8 analog and 8 ADAT). Other software includes Sonar 8 (Producer), Logic Pro, Nuendo, Reason, and Ableton Live.
Some of our outboard equipment includes a UA710 tube/solid state preamp, DBX 166 compressor, Lexicon MX200, 1981 Moog Rogue, Korg D32XD Workstation, Alesis MidiVerb, MPC 1000, MPC 6011, MPK 25, and Line 6 Bass Pod Pro and Echo Park.
The microphone locker includes a Sennheiser 421, Rode NT1, AKG Perception 400, MXL V69, AT 4040, Shure SM 81, KSM 32 and plenty of dynamic Shure mic's, and an array of Audix Mic’s (SCX1’s, D2’s, D4’s, D6’s, i5’s...).
We have easy access to various other microphones and outboard gear as well.
